For sale: a Wusthof model 4053 knife and my MYOG sheath weighing a total of 1.4oz. The knife was designed as a steak knife with a 4.5" stainless blade that is 0.054" thick, 8.5" overall and weighs 1oz. The sheath is my adaptation from a typical cooking knife edge guard with reflective nylon cord for attachment and to improve the grip on the blade. The knife is used and has typical cleaning marks.
