While the search feature is awesome for existing listings...it doesn't solve the problem of items for sale (or people wanting to buy specific items) in the future. The notification system will allow you to set custom rules that when matched will fire off an email to you letting you know.

Let's assume you want to buy a new lightweight 2 person tent, you've done some research and narrowed it down to a Tarptent Double Rainbow or a Big Agnes Fly Creek UL2. You can simply create two new notification rules with match text of "double rainbow" and "fly creek ul2" respectively. We'll then email you whenever a post is made that mentions any of your match text.
