WTB: bugprf, waterprf sleep shelter for 1-2p under $50 undr 5lb, smallish packup

I’m outfitting a family of four for a 1-4 day backpacking outing in Wisconsin. We have ordered a 2 person lanshan tent, a used Eno hammock, and just need a shelter for our fourth person (either a large man or small girl depending on the shelter we find). We are busting the bank getting everyone packs, and other gear, and are so close. I’d get another Lanshan (since the awesome reviews), but want to test ours out (still in transit), before buying a second. We need a temporary shelter until we can do that. I’m thinking a cheap old structured Bivy or small old lighter tent. We have always been car campers, but want to try for an overnight. We are buying light camp gear, not ultralight, so I’m not picky up to 5 lbs. This must be bugproof (WI mosquitos are brutal) and pretty waterproof(not perfect really). Thanks for any offers, and/or advice. I’m looked at $30 options on Amazon, but would go up to $50 for something used (even heavily used) shipping included. (I’m also looking for another cheap lightish sleeping pad)
