This is a single-wall Moment, earlier version. In excellent condition, nothing missing. No tears in netting. No holes in floor. Comes with optional pole set (for lengthwise support) as well as standard "hoop" pole set. Everything in the photo included. Weight 44 oz including both pole sets and stuff sack. Used for 10 day hike on the AT. Always set up using a Tyvek groundsheet underneath floor to protect it. Selling because I now live in NM and need another kind of tent for higher elevations. $160 to your door. Paypal. Questions?

2014 Tarptent Notch. Having sellers remorse already but my Duplex has kept this off the trail far too long. I would call condition 9.8/10. Seam sealed by me and never leaked a drop. Always used with Polycro ground sheet, bottom of tent is immaculate, smoke free home. Guessing 30 nights on it, max. Weight is 27.7 oz, stuff sack is 0.7 oz, no stakes. $210 with Priority Mail shipping and tracking. Paypal only.

Up for sale is a Tarptent Notch with a mesh interior.  Four aluminum stakes, a stake bag, a tent stuff sack, and a Tyvek ground sheet are included (all original).  I have included pictures of the tent that I took this past weekend.

I am the original owner (purchased in 2015) and it has been used about a dozen or so times, always with a ground sheet, and it has always been kept in very nice condition.  There are no rips, tears, or visible damage to the tent.  The tent stuff sack does have three small holes and a small rip along the stitching, pictured below.

This is an early Tarptent Rainbow model.  It’s been well cared for over the years.  Still in good condition.  Great single skin, silicon impregnated nylon solo tent.  About as roomy a lightweight solo tent as you can find both in terms of square footage and head room.  Great for tall campers.

• Weighs about 35-36 ozs., including stakes, ridge pole, and stuff sack.
• Floor dimensions of current model are: 38″ x 88″= 23.2 sq. ft. with floor a bit wider and longer if extended.  This version is about the same.
• Slightly over 40″ head room.
• Roomy gear vestibule
• Can be made free standing with hiking poles
• I’ve seam sealed it and never had leaks.  Also painted seam sealer on floor to reduce slipping.
• Wide enough to fit 2nd camper in tent in a pinch.
• A few signs of wear include:  2 very small small, patched tears on roof (see bottom photo).  They have been used in rain and do not leak.  The clip to raise the sides of the bathtub floor is missing in two corners, and 1-2 tiny holes in floor that are patched.
• One difference from current models includes: velcro rather than zipper closure on vestibule,  This works fine and I’ve never had water leak with it.  A few other small differences in the way the cross pole and ridge pole are threaded.  Doesn’t change functionality.   Should be visible in photos.

This is the pre-2018 version, with zippered fly and the ability to attach an apex guyline.  It is seam sealed and includes original stuff sack and 4 Easton stakes in a (non-original) stake bag.

I’m mostly a hammock camper, but used my Notch for my annual 1 week trip out west for the past few years.  The tent is in great condition with no major flaws that I could detect.

Looking to get a used silnylon Notch to see if it suits my needs before taking the DCF plunge.

Used but not threadbare! No holes in the floor or fly, all OEM parts (Linelocs) in place, all cords decent, functional bungy cords. A hole or two in the netting I can live with or fix. No odd odors or weird stains, please!

I will ask for photos before purchase so that I know what I’m getting. I can pay via Paypal F/F.
