I have a used once Lukes Ultalite 8D wind jacket that is a size large with stuff sack. Not mad anymore.

Comes with 3 way adjustable hood with cord locks and 2 way adjustable waist hem with cord locks. The cuffs are just elastic not adjustable.
No pit zips
Has been collecting dust since last year.
