It weighs 4.6oz (130g) on my scale with the attached guylines and stuff sack. No stakes are included. This was purchased new at the beginning of this year. It's only been setup twice. The second time was in rain though it was well dried out in the sun the next day.

I'm a long time rectangular tarp user (since 2006) and I bought this to try out one of the shaped tarps that have been popular in recent years. After trying it out on a trip to the Sierra Nevada, I decided I prefer the setup flexibility of a rectangular tarp over a shaped tarp whose footprint can't be changed. Since this is just sitting in my closet, I'm getting rid of it to someone who hopefully will get some use out of it.
