1) Pair of Komperdell Peak UL Carbon Compact Trekking Poles. I used one of them on my PCT thru-hike and it is still going strong. Handle straps have been removed, no baskets, thru-hike pole has lost the top foam plug for the handle, and if you don't tighten them down they will slip on you - gotta find that sweet spot. But still super strong and super light - only 5.5 oz. EACH

Both are well used, with one going over 2,000 miles without incident (other than the slipping if you don't tighten it down). No longer made, and a real nice pair of poles. Collapse down to a very packable 24.5 inches long.

These are the closest thing to having really strong and light poles that I have found -- stronger than the LT4 in my opinion (having broken 2 lower LT4 sections over my AT thru-hike I feel like I can say this).
