A friend gave me a steal on this but unfortunately I am not going to use it, so I'll pass it along for what I paid plus shipping.

Again, it is NEW and unused. I did lay it out on my bedroom floor and climbed in but that's it. It is ALL eVent on top and bottom, with the best factory seam tape job I've seen. It's big too. John at Borah can mod this for you- he did give me a quote to do so.
