My synthetic bag has finally bit the dust, and I'm interested in trying a down quilt. However, my budget is pretty limited (ideally $150 or less, but up to $200 if it's otherwise the "perfect" bag).

Some details:
- I'd like a non-permanent footbox so my wife and I can share on warm trips.
- This quilt would be my first down item, so water-resistant fabric/down would be a plus.
- I'm 5'11", and a fairly lean 160lb, but roll/move quite a bit in my sleep.
- It'd be a three-season bag, and I sleep somewhat warm, so anywhere from 20-40 degrees would probably work.
