This pack is project to see how light I could make a frameless pack that had the dimensions of a Golite Jam 50. The answer? Just under a pound. All the dimensions are exactly those of a Jam 50. The back panel, bottom, and sides are 140 gridstop and the front panel is silnylon. Extension collar is mostly silnylon with gridstop in front. Side pockets and large front pocket are stretch mesh. 1" webbing belt. Shoulder straps are gridstop, 1/4 inch foam and 3D mesh. Torso length is about 22 Inches from shoulder strap to the bottom of the back panel. Includes the compressed foam panel from the Jam to use as a "frame".
