I bought this tent last summer and decided I would like something smaller. It's 3 lbs, cozy for two people or really spacious for one. I used it less than 5 times and is still in excellent condition. There is about a 2 sq foot area on the rain fly that is lightly stained which you can see in one of the pictures below. Includes the MSR Nook footprint. Total new retail value is $440, I'm selling it for $300.
