This is the original version that I bought about a year ago. It was used on two trips and is in great shape. This includes the tents, stuff sack, original stakes, and I will include the BA footprint for it and my cotton sack I use to store it. It has been stored inside, unstuffed in a cotton bag. This tent has been great with the only issues I had being those that all silnylon tents have. I now have a canine hiking companion so I bought a floorless tent.

The footprint can also be used as a tarp when it is raining since it doesn't have a vestibule.

I weighted everything on a cheap kitchen scale and these are my weights:

Tent and stuff sack: 28.55oz
Footprint: 5.35oz

I never weighed the stakes by themselves since I used my own other stakes.

I'm asking $250 for all of this and I will not separate them. The tent is $280 new and the footprint is $70 new.
