Bought this tent a few months back. Set it up exactly one time, in my living room. It has NEVER touched the ground outdoors. Not one speck of dirt anywhere on it. It has sat in it's stuff sack in my closet the entire time I have had it.

Comes with the rainfly, the gear loft, the stakes, etc. Everything it comes with when you buy it new is included and all that stuff is also in perfect, unused condition.
