This jacket is from 2008. It is a 3 layer H2NO Nylon, with stretch material in the shoulders, arms, and hips. It has a helmet compatible hood, pit zips, two hand pockets, and one chest pocket. The jacket has no rips or scratches. All the seams, zippers and draw strings are in great shape. The jacket is in very good condition. I now use a different shell for mountaineering. If you are looking for the lightest shell on the market, this jacket is not for you. I believe it is around 22 oz. However, if you are looking for a very durable, weather proof jacket, then this jacket will fit the bill. I am 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, and have an athletic build, I hope this helps for sizing purposes. It fits like a true medium. Let me know if you have questions or want to see more pictures.
