This bag was new last fall, has been used 30 ish nights, and is in good condition. Several parts of the fabric have been affected by heat from the dryer. The photos below show the area of concern and that area in relation to the entire bag--to give you a sense of scale. Tim Marshall, the owner of Enlightened Equipment, says the best way to repair the most affected area (with the small) is with Tenacious Tape, and that's just what I've done. Thus, the bag has one patched area--it's similar to a patch on a down jacket. I suspect that in a few years you will need to reapply Tenacious Tape. Despite this drawback, this is a very fine sleeping bag.
