I bought this bivy thinking that it had a bathtub floor, but it doesn't. It's not the fault of John at BG, it's my fault for assuming. And the wide cut is just too wide for my needs (it's pretty darn wide) I rarely do cold weather backpacking and this bivy would be best for a 20 degree or below bag. It could easily accommodate a 0 degree bag, or a winter quilt with an inflatable pad, all zipped up within the bivy.
