Excellent condition, used only twice on snow. The horizontal seam around the outside is seamsealed, but the rest still needs done. Footprint is 84" by 48" - worked well for me plus all my gear winter mountaineering (I'm 5'9") but could fit 2 sleeping my size with gear outside.

Used to retail for $700, they don't sell them anymore. Selling $450 plus shipping or pickup around Golden or Denver... Or salt lake or the Red later?

Including Tyvek Sheet - six moon designs large 84" x 48" - never used. This is nice to preserve the waterproof tent floor when camping on dirt/rock.
