Ledge has been set up twice in the backyard, fly not at all. Stored in a dry closet, no smell. Both have never been on a wall or slept on. This is a large and sturdy ledge.

Decided to go a different route, Would prefer to sell locally in the SF bay area (I am in the East-bay). May be able to arrange meeting in the valley around Oct 25-27 or early Nov.
