I have size 44.5 in the new TC Pro's and I'd like to trade for 45 or sell for $120

I've worn these enough to know they are not going to fit. Worn them in the gym and maybe outside 4 or 5 times. They are still very new. 

I can only trade for the newer style TC Pro's or Sell.
