Bought this as a lightweight ski shell for touring, but have never put on my goretex while skinning (I live in the PNW and it’s very warm here)! (I run super hot and often ski down in a tech fleece or down jacket instead of a full ski jacket, I’m usually still hot from skinning!)

It’s a good lightweight jacket, with little insulation. Super stretchy and breathable, but don’t expect a ton of warmth (ie for inbounds skiing it might need an extra layer underneath). Bought it and have only taken it on one tour (but didn’t wear it). I’m 6’0 and 190, it fits me very well.
