This miiight be a long shot..but looking for 5.10 Galileos in Men's 5.5 / EU 36.5-37..maybe 37.5.

My foot length is 9" [5-5.5M/6-6.5W] but the width is ~ 4" [D to EE] right before my tootsies (i.e. duck feet), and I think I have a medium volume foot, maybe high.. but it's definitely not low volume.

I want to primarily take them up sport multipitch, and have read that they don't stretch much, so figured I could maybe size up 1/2 for comfort. Anyhoo, if you have a pair of Galileos that are just sitting around, happy to take them off your hands!
