I had a crash pad built for my home spray wall by a commercial gym pad installer. It was used only a handful of times before we had to decommission the wall for non-climbing reasons, and is essentially new.

The pad measures 8’ x 6’ and is 8” thick, perfectly sized for a home spray/moon/kilter/tension board. It‘s exactly 8 Mad Rock pads stacked two high, but no seams/gaps or straps, and takes falls better by replacing the redundant closed-cell layers with additional open-cell. I took a full back fall from the top - totally comfortable.

My wall was outside so the foam is sealed in plastic and sits in a heavy duty vinyl shell, the latter of which can be opened to replace the foam in the future. Overall quality is quite high.

Shipping is not an option, but it can be transported in a truck or van/SUV with the shell removed. I paid $1600, asking $1200 obo.
