Ledge has been used but is in great shape. Benefits of the 3 piece is it fits easily in a standard haul bag. Obviously can be hauled in it's own bag as well but total length in the bag is only a little less than 28". Comes with a 4 season A5 storm fly. This thing is bomber.  $700 for ledge and fly.
