Rossignol Sushi splitboard - scratched topsheet and some standard chipping at nose, but base is excellent.  Replaced the bad stock clips with the Karakoram ones that really lock the board together.  Old hardware included too.

G3 universal skins - THIS BOARD IS REALLY tricky to find skin solution for, due to length and shape.  This is the best, per my experience and other forum posters, with the custom tail clip for the swallowtail.  

Union 1st gen Explorer bindings - feel like riding a resort board, no compromise.  One of the highbacks has a crack in the eye where it meets the lower part of binding.  I put a washer there that works fine.  If you wanted a more legit solution you could use epoxy to lock it in, or buy a new highback from union or used on internert (easy to find, mostly universal).  Comes with extra pin, and all original hardware.

BCA tracker S avalanche transceiver - impeccable condition, used handful of times.

BCA stealth 270 Avy Probe - like new
