Long story short, originally $800 boots, used reasonably for one season, but I sized too small and started giving me significant foot pain.

Boots are in good condition overall. Only major exception is that at one point, I had custom heated insoles installed at Rock n Resole, and ended up pulling them out after a year or so. The result is that a slit had to be cut in the back of each boot. These have since been sealed, but it certainly looks weird. Overall though, it does not diminish the efficacy/warmth of the boot or get in the way of crampons at all.

The boots have plenty of toe and heel life left. I used them with the BD Stinger up to M5 in RMNP, and they worked great, until my foot pain started. I believe that with moderate to consistent use they would last another two seasons.

Hope they go to someone who will get some good use out of them!
