FS: La Sportiva Nepal Extreme mountaineering (or ice climbing) boots, size 42
These are older and used, but still in good condition with tons of life left in them. Not as light and fancy as the newer boots from Sportiva, but they're burly and work well on both steep ice and snow/ice mountaineering.
Size 42. I have some nice Oboz insoles in them.
