I am not a climber, this is my sister's gear (she now prefers gym climbing, has no time to sell this herself), SO please excuse my lack of knowledge.

This rack includes a number of NUT THINGEES as well as a set of SQUEEZEY THINGEES. I can't really tell you how old they are, except they are likely to be >5yrs old.
