FS: REI Quarter Dome T2 Plus 3-Season 2-person Tent and Footprint

Description:  I bought this tent and the accompanying footprint directly from REI back in summer 2011 for a Yosemite backpacking trip. It did great on that trip and has reliably performed on lots of other trips since then. I’ve never had any issues with it. I just don’t need it anymore. It isn’t mega lightweight compared to today’s ultralight tents, but it gets the job done and is super comfortable. With the tent, poles (cool single-piece design so nothing gets lost), rain fly, stakes, footprint, and carrying bags for everything, it weighs right around 5 pounds using my scale. You can of course shed some weight by leaving the fly and/or footprint at home, or use just the footprint, rain fly, and poles as a minimalist shelter. I remember opting for the “Plus” version of this tent as it gained you a few extra inches of width, making it comfortable for 2 people (one or both of which can be near or over 6 feet tall). It has a door on both sides and the rain fly features a vestibule at each door, and they work great for storing gear outside the tent but out of the rain. See the links below for the original descriptions from REI’s site. (Note that the footprint link is for the non-“Plus” version, but they are very similar.) I attached a pic from its maiden voyage in 2011 to show it pitched. I’m hoping someone can put this thing to good use!
