(fyi this fits very similarly to a men's small in the waist, maybe .5" tighter, and has smaller gear loops, but much bigger leg loops!)

My girlfriend picked this R-280 harness up and it is too small for her. Looking to sell it for what she is into it, $50

Looks like the waist circumference is ~23.5" when it is cinched down tight.

Dated '13 but seems to be in excellent condition. Gear loops, tie in points, and belay loop look almost untouched, it just has some mysterious slight discoloration in spots.
