Includes vestibule, footprint and 2 gear lofts.  

2 repaired areas as pictured done per manufacturer with their materials - 1 was a small rock that shot through the side, the other a partner's minor crampon accident near door - both pictured.  

Otherwise new in 2004, probably a dozen nights use, excellent condition, always thoroughly dried and stored folded on a shelf indoors.

Original main stuff sack is gone - never used it anyway.  You can probably still get one, and other parts, as this model tent is still sold by BD.

I'm seeing these sell for ~450ish on ebay, this one right now is $300 - local pickup only in Bolder.  Thread locked - PM if interested.
