These are crazy small for a 34. I generally wear 33-34ish but these I cant get into. Id suggest 32" waist. They do not stretch, but the fabric is breathable and has a nice feel.

I didnt find these that 'cooling' and much prefer the fit and weight of the Echo. But otherwise nice sun hoody. I will throw in a rando Amazon sun hoody for free with it that I also dont like that much with similar fit. 

Mountain Hardwear Fleece Lined Insulated Jacket Size L : 80$ Shipped. 

This thing is crazy warm 100g of insulation but feels warmer. Face fabric feels very delicate however, would not take it through thorns. 

Eddie Bauer 800 Stretch Down Insulated Puffy Size M 80$ Shipped. 

Nice jacket that checks all the boxes, packs into pocket, great mobility, quite warm, durable feeling face fabric. But its a true M, slimmer fit than typical Eddie Bauer so I cant layer properly with it. Someone is really going to like it though, feels very high quality, great color, a great zipper which is not typical of EB.
