Excellent condition. No rips or tears. Clean. always used far from fire smoke. Used probably less than 10 times honestly. Never made the backpacking trip I planned for. The lights work great. Original batteries still working. It's a fantastic tent. The high volume makes all the difference. Poles are in perfect condition, clips are great too. Pole repair kit is included as well.
