46.0 TX Guide (synthetic). These don't stretch as much as the TX4 or leather Guide, and they are narrower, so they will fit a 45.5 TX2/3/4 person, but will be snug on someone who wears 46.0 TX4. Priced dirt cheap, awesome shoe to climb up to 5.9 in, and aids better than any shoe I've tried...
