CAMP stalker universals, $60: Used once for baldy. Quickly jumped ship to semi-autos.

BD Speed 22L, $70: Doesn't fit me super well, didn't return it in time. Used only for a 3 mile trial walk with some books.

Generic hiking boots, 10M $15: Waterproof (used them in the winter before, with toe warmers...), but definitely showing some signs of aging.

Just fyi - there are places that claim to be selling these products brand new for only marginally more, but from what I can tell, they are all out of stock. The cheapest prices I could actually find seem to be ~100 for the pack and ~110 for the crampons.
