I have a GOLITE Jam pack (ca. 2009) that I have very heavily modified to remove around 8oz of material as well as maximize purpose of bag as UL or SUL pack.

Weight: 19.52 oz. (original was 27 oz.)
Volume: 35L to bottom of collar, 40L to top of collar
Height: 20" (from shoulder strap to hip belt

Modifications include:
- Removal of side compression straps
- Removal of bottom compression straps
- Removal of inner parts of backpanel (foam, hydration pocket, et al)
- Removal of the fully-featured, padded hipbelt
- Addition of simple 1/2" stabilizer belt (constructed from side compression straps)
- Replacement of "heavy" top collar drawcord with lighter cordage.
- I can include a foam sheet that can live "loosely" inside if you wish
