We are selling our custom-built campervan. We designed and built this thing out ourselves and unlike a lot of other small campervans out there, it is designed to be functional, durable, and carry a ton of climbing gear. When using the tow hitch rack (included with purchase), this thing can carry 2 big organic pads, 1 small organic pad, trad and sport equipment for 2, clothes, food, camping and cooking gear, 2 people and a dog.

Base is a 2017 Ram Promaster City Tradesman SLT, fully loaded with bluetooth, navigation, back up camera and factory tow package. 71k miles, first owners, well maintained (with documentation). Tires are Yokohama 225s with a bit more clearance and tread than the stock Conti 215s.

Campervan portion has a bench that converts into a bed that *actually* sleeps 2 people comfortably (bed dimensions are 50"x72"). Van has 200W of solar and a 100Ah battery that powers a vent fan, LED lights, a 12V fridge and both USB and AC outlets. Kitchen equipment is thoughtfully and efficiently housed in custom-built boxes that make cooking outside a breeze, and these same boxes can be configured, along with the bench, to provide cozy seating for 4 when the weather is rough. Baltic birch plywood shelves provide ample space for clothing and personal items, while completely open space under bed provides ample room for all your equipment.

In the past 4 years, we've taken the van all over the western US and BC with no issues and have slept 300+ nights in it. We absolutely love it, but we're embarking on a long road trip and upgrading to something to live in full time. Hoping to find the "Notorious PMC" a new home!
