I purchased this new from Tarptent in late 2012. Seam sealed by Tarptent. I sent it back to Tarptent in 2013 and had them upgrade the fly to the current model (lineloc pull outs on each apex, velcro on each side of vestible so it can be fully opened up on both sides). So although an older model, it is the same as what you would get if you ordered one right now. It has seen around 25 nights of use, sometimes with a ground sheet and sometimes not. The tent is pretty dusty, as it has been used. I don't have any desire to wash it. Still in really good shape, besides being a bit dirty, there are a couple spots where the mesh is "pinched", I tried to capture it in a photo but it wouldn't show up. It doesn't effect the function of the mesh at all. Stakes are not included. The weights break down as follows: fly - 15.6oz, mesh inner - 9.6oz, stuff sack - .5oz
