Few different items for sale: four pants and one pair of shoes 

Pants: 

The North Face Hyvent DT rain pants - size small (fits like a 30x32) - no damage or rips, still water proof - $35 

REI Brand soft hiking pants - medium (32x32) but has in built belt and goes down to around 30" waist  - some staining, fraying belt, but no tears or broken zippers - $10 or $5 with any other purchase

Deluth Cargo pants - medium x 30 - really good condition, no stains or rips - $20 Under Armour H-Storm Cargo pants - medium (about 32x32) - chalk marks (should wash off) but otherwise great condition- $20 

Shoes: 

Chaco Hikers - size 12 - dirty but otherwise in great condition - no damage, rips, tearing, peeling - $25 

All prices are or-best-offer, and I would be willing to bundle items for a better price/lower shipping cost. Shipping is $5 for 1-2 pants, $8 for two or more, and $8 for the shoes, paid by buyer
