Very good condition. Small patch in the mesh at the foot end thanks to a couple of very small tears. (picture included...patch is about 1 by 1 1/2 inch size) Has been seam sealed and a thin coating of seam sealer on the front 2/3 of floor for slip resistance. Includes the rear pole for the sleeve but no other poles or stakes. Used for a couple of trips. Selling because my wife and I prefer a side entry tent.
