These are very stylish European style climbing pants made in Italy. They have an adjustable waist and hem. I typically wear 28 x 30 pants, but these fit me just fine using the waist and hem adjuster. Could fit someone with a slightly smaller or bigger waist. 

They call them "slim" but they are still kind of baggy Euro style climbing trousers as you can see in the photos. This makes them great for freedom of movement while bouldering or climbing routes.

The condition is excellent, gently used. No tears, holes, rips, or stains. I think I wore them only 3 times. Just slight fading on the seat which tends to happen to these pants.
