This tent is in very good condition. It has recently been seam sealed and is good to go. There are no rips, tear, or leaks. The only thing that has patches are two small spots on the netting near the top of the door area. The tent weighs 24.8 ounces including guy-lines for both ends. There is plenty of room for you and your gear inside the tent and a nice vestibule as well.
