I own wonderful condition Copper Spur UL1 that I used probably for 2 dozen nights.
I took great care of it and theres no tears, smells or whatsoever(maybe few dirt spots, nothing a wet towel can't wash away). I always used groundsheet underneath.
It comes with everything it originally came with.
