This is a very good/excellent condition TarpTent Notch, a one-person tent, I bought in 2018.  I have used it a 1/2 dozen times and there are no rips, tears, holes or wear spots.  It is seam-sealed and it’s held on well.  I just weighed it and with the extra guy lines I have attached it sits at 28.45 oz.  You could easily take those off to bring it down to 28oz.  The inner tent can be detached and can stand alone and the same goes for the silnylon which can be used as a fully enclosed tarp.  MSRP is $314 so I will let it go for $200 shipped (in CONUS).  I will include 4 titanium stakes for free (minimum to set up the Notch but they’re not the originals; I only have 3 of the originals but I think you will appreciate a few less grams).
