This is size small, so I believe 29"-31" waist is the recommendation.

I bought this quite a few years ago when I thought I'd try my hand at bigwall. Went up Washington's Column and never did a wall again. I think it was used for 2 days on that wall, and 2 days of other climbing. Properly stored and cared for. Looks nearly new, IMO.
