Bought new but never used. It has been sitting in my closet for about a year. I have cut a Thermarest Z pad to use as the frame and it works great. You can use an inflatable or solid pad as the frame. I chose to cut the pad since I used a klymit pad and did not want to take it in and out every night.

ULA AirX uses any inflatable air pad as part of the frame, giving you a lightweight, soft and very comfortable carry. The price does not include an air pad, you will need to supply your own.

Like other great ULA backpacks the AirX's side pockets are made from ula robic 210 ripstop nylon which is tougher, lighter, and more snag resistant for any rambling adventure. The logo panel is now Cordura - super durable and abrasive resistan

The AirX is now available in four colors, standard green and purple balze in the ULA 210 Robic, and Woodland and Multicam in 500 Cordura.
