All original stakes and two 49″ carbon fiber poles. The tent is in great shape and has no rips, tears, or holes. This is the version with the thicker floor and it’s very tough. The tent was fully seam sealed from and has no leaks. Total weight on my scale for the tent is 28.7 ounces.   -jayson
