Honda Element for Sale (Stealth Camper? Dirtbag Mobile? Crag Transit?)

After a lot of back and forth, we've decided to become a 1 car household, and as such, Shalane is in need of a good home. She has taken me a lot of places over the past 7 years, driven across the country, seen both coasts, plenty of climbing and skiing in between as well. She is definitely showing her age (2005) and mileage (~180,000), but still trucking along. The storage space in these older elements is pretty phenomenal for a car that handles like a Civic; and we were able to fit 2 months worth of climbing, camping, running and remote working gear in the car, while sleeping out of it last summer (2 of us). Handles like a beast in the snow as long as it isn't too deep (lowish clearance) as the car sits low and squat; keep the Blizzak tires on her and you have an unstoppable ski transport as well.

2005 Honda Element EX
~180,000 Miles
2 Sets of tires (Blizzak Snow, Standard all-season tires)
Roof Bars
Sleeping Platform (if desired)

The Good:
Blizzak tires with 1-2 more winters on them at least
Summer tires also have 1-2 more years depending on driving distance
Regular oil change and maintenance at local shop
Can fit all your climbing gear and plenty more
Comes with a sleeping platform that you can keep in the car while still having 3 seats for when you want them (easily removable)
Seats and platform take less than 5 minutes to swap in an out
AC blows cold, heat blows HOT
Radio plays music
Windows go down (and up!)
The dings and dents make her intimidating to other cars when you play narrow street chicken in Denver
Brand new windshield!
New-ish brakes, belts, and hoses (all within the past 6 months)
No driving accidents, though she was clipped in 2 separate parked hit and runs (hence the passenger side dent and replaced driver side mirror)

The bad:
Definitely shows her years, dings, dents, scratches and a growing tear in the front drivers seat fabric (character!)
Recently blew out a spark plug, requiring a helicoil insert to hold the new one. She has had about 100 miles on her since then with no issues, however it is not "warranty-able" work from the mechanic
Struts will probably need replacing sooner rather than later
Some of the console and dash bulbs have died, never bothered to replace them (you can buy the bulbs and install them yourself pretty easily and cheaply if you want)
Drivers side mirror was knocked off in a hit and run, so I replaced it with a near but not perfect match
Roof box not included

Asking $3,000 OBO, located in Denver
