I own a men's medium Arcteryx FL-365, size 10 men's Team Black 5.10 pair of climbing shoes, and a 10.5 34 meter dynamic, dry rope.  All are in great shape.  The rope was originally a 70 meter, but I cut it in half(just slightly off) to make it a gym rope.  It'll cover the distance for a 50ft indoor wall.
