I'm looking for a climbing harness as a secret Santa gift for my younger brother.  I'm open to just about anything as long as it has a belay loop.  The max I'm supposed to spend is $30 but if its a great deal I could spend a little more.  Just let me know what you have.  Also, if anyone knows somewhere to get a climbing harness for $30 I wouldn't mind buying new either.  Just thought I had a better chance of getting one in the price range if I got it used.  Thanks!
