Again, just like new with tags. Solid tent, we're just not hiking and it doesn't fit our needs anymore. a good tent for couples. REI was kind of uptight about the return as we were returning other pricey items simultaneously. I plan to take this up with their customer service further tomorrow but if nothing is resolved, willing to sell for less.
